These terms apply to all purchases and use of Groomwise Academy. The seller and supplier of all products is RAYANNE MARIANA MORAIS RAYOL (MEI), CNPJ 69.462.935/0001-96, Rua Quatro, 06 – Planalto Anil I, São Luís – MA, 65050-845, Brazil ("we", "us"). Payments are processed by Whop, which acts as payment processor and is not the seller.
1. Products and prices
All products are digital and delivered online. Prices are in euros (EUR), charged once, with no subscription:

2. Delivery
Access is delivered instantly through your Whop account after payment, with a receipt sent to your checkout email. If you don't receive access within 24 hours, contact support@groomwiseacademy.com.
3. License
You get a personal, non-transferable license for your own learning. Sharing logins, copying, reselling or redistributing content is prohibited.
4. Pro Mentorship feedback
Pro Mentorship buyers may email photos or videos of their work for 2 personal feedback reviews, delivered within 5 business days of each submission and usable within 12 months of purchase.
5. Refunds
Every product has a 7-day money-back guarantee, as set out in our Refund Policy.
6. Educational content and safety
Content is educational and results depend on your practice. You are responsible for handling animals safely and consulting a veterinarian for any health concern.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
8. Changes
The version of these terms in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
9. Governing law
Brazilian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
