1. Data we collect

Name, email and purchase details; payment data processed by Whop (we never see your full card number); messages you send us; and basic usage data such as IP address, browser and pages visited.

2. How we use it

To deliver your products, provide support, process refunds, prevent fraud, improve the website and, only with your consent, send marketing emails.

3. Legal basis

Performance of a contract, legitimate interest (security and fraud prevention) and consent (marketing and non-essential cookies), in line with the EU GDPR and Brazil's LGPD.

4. Payment processor

Payments are processed by Whop under its own privacy policy, available at whop.com.

5. Sharing

Only with providers needed to run the business: payment processing (Whop), hosting, email delivery and analytics. We never sell your data.

6. International transfers

We are based in Brazil and some providers are outside the EU. Transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

7. Cookies

Essential cookies run the site; analytics cookies are used only with your consent. You can block or delete cookies in your browser.

8. Retention

Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires; other data only as long as needed.
